- apartment based – bachelor suite apartments
- 24-hour staffing on site
- high degree of support, supervision and training in activities of daily living, interpersonal skills, coping/problem solving skills, life/wellness skills, physical health management and cognitive activities and strategies
- medication management and financial trustee services provided
- menu of services based on assessment of needs/service plan: standardized testing as per provincial ABI Partnership Program mandate
- focus is on the development and restoration of functional ability and quality of life
*capacity for up to 10 clients
ABI SUPPORTED LIVING PROGRAM
- residents living in a home of their choice in the community
- 24-hour on call support provided
- support provided based on needs assessment/service plan – may include skills of daily living, medication management, financial trusteeship, leisure/social activities, emotional support and other support services
- menu of services range from outreach (minimal) to moderate level of support
- participation in programs/services offered through Pearl Program
- focus is improved quality of life
*capacity for 15-20 clients
