  • 24-hour staffing on site
  • high degree of support, supervision and training in activities of daily living, interpersonal skills, coping/problem solving skills, life/wellness skills, physical health management and cognitive activities and strategies
  • medication management and financial trustee services provided
  • menu of services based on assessment of needs/service plan: standardized testing as per provincial ABI Partnership Program mandate
  • focus is on the development and restoration of functional ability and quality of life

*capacity for up to 10 clients

ABI SUPPORTED LIVING PROGRAM

  • residents living in a home of their choice in the community
  • 24-hour on call support provided
  • support provided based on needs assessment/service plan – may include skills of daily living, medication management, financial trusteeship, leisure/social activities, emotional support and other support services
  • menu of services range from outreach (minimal) to moderate level of support
  • participation in programs/services offered through Pearl Program
  • focus is improved quality of life
